Dave is an expert in the design and installation of commercial displays and has provided displays for all major retail centres in Western Australia. He brings a high level of creative flair and attention to detail to every project. His interest in new technologies and products ensures that there are always new activations and display concepts in development at Dec the Malls. This presents our clients with a unique opportunity to work in partnership with us to bring their ideas to fruition.
Director
Leigh is a highly experienced project and customer relationship manager. As a former senior manager in the commercial building sector, Leigh brings a professional and proactive approach to all areas of Dec the Malls’ work, including time management, resourcing, quality control and safety. This, along with his drive to create inclusive and innovative experiences and displays, means our clients have peace of mind, knowing that their displays are taken care of and allowing them to focus on other aspects of their job.

He is driven by the challenges and opportunities each day brings, constantly seeking ways to make a positive impact.
Marketing & Corporate Services Manager
Nicci brings a wealth of business management and retail activation knowledge to Dec the Malls. Through previous experience in the promotion and activation of a major retail precinct in Perth, she has a valuable understanding of the importance of retail activations in driving increased traffic and engagement. Nicci is responsible for Dec the Malls’ corporate functions including marketing, accounts, human resources and office and project administration.
Creative Director
Jeremy’s expertise in branding and design spans three decades. He has led many creative agencies’ design teams in Australia and abroad. His personal approach is to combine original creative concepts with high quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, producing unique and thought-provoking designs. A lover of all things Christmas, Jeremy adds the magic to our designs, be they on screen, in print or up in lights. His depth of experience ensures our projects delight both our clients and their audiences.
National Account Manager
Monique has extensive experience in delivering Christmas displays to shopping centres, council facilities and events, and corporate environments across the commercial and government sectors. As National Account Manager, she is a dedicated, reliable point of contact who works closely with you to guide you through the development of your ideas. She helps you create outcomes that feel cohesive, well-considered and joyfully festive, while delivering your performance objectives.
Project Lead
Caroline has a diverse background including experience in online commerce, hospitality and the building industry, where she developed exceptional project management and communication skills. As a Project Lead at Dec the Malls, she oversees every aspect of project delivery from estimating, planning and production, through to installation and removal. She has outstanding problem solving abilities and believes there is a solution for every challenge.
Project Lead
Dan has extensive expertise in all aspects of project management from estimating through to production and delivery. Initially trained as a carpenter, Dan has worked in the construction industry for 30 years. He has an eye for detail and significant experience in supervising project delivery teams. As a Project Lead, Dan draws on his experience to ensure your projects are always delivered seamlessly and that their presentation is first-class.
Warehouse & Project Delivery Supervisor
Robin is an expert in organisation and systems development and manages the logistical side of our business. He coordinates our production and delivery teams ensuring all our projects are ready for installation well ahead of time. He has implemented major improvements, and continues to manage, our inventory system and is also responsible for the safe and secure storage of our of both Dec the Malls’ and our clients’ Christmas decorations.
As customer satisfaction is our key driver, you will be assigned a primary point of contact guiding you throughout the process from beginning to end.
While each Christmas display is unique, they are still guided by timelines to achieve optimal outcomes. Likewise, bespoke, immersive experiences follow a similar process, with the design phase beginning relative to your event installation requirements.
A detailed brief streamlines the design and production process, saving time and ensuring maximum budget utilisation. We are happy to provide guidance on elements to include in your brief.
We take measurements, evaluate available spaces and finishes, as well as assess fixing points and other technical data to give your display its greatest impact.
Our creative team collaborates with you to create a distinctive design that mirrors your vision and goals.
You will receive finalised proposals containing design choices and pricing for your team’s careful deliberations. We welcome the opportunity to present our submission in person if that is your preference.
Upon approval and acceptance, we finalise contracts so we can get the ball rolling.
Component manufacturing and assembly commence locally with our in-house teams and where applicable, also with our overseas suppliers.
Components sourced from our international partners are shipped to our Australian facilities in preparation for pre-delivery.
Final quality and safety tests are performed prior to packaging and delivery. Products are assessed against Australian Standards and if applicable, come with independent certification.
At last! Our qualified installation team deliver and install your display with creative flair to bring your investment to life. Installation takes place at a convenient time for your site.
When it’s time to pack up our team return at a time that suits you to remove your display.
Display elements are professionally packaged for safe storage in our secure facilities. Storage packages include comprehensive insurances and condition reports.
