In addition to custom designed Christmas displays, we offer a range of hire products and installation services. Our extensive experience in developing and operating immersive experiences also allows us to deliver major interactive projects throughout the year.

Servicing clients across Australia, we have the capability to undertake projects for entire portfolios of assets or for individual sites and events.

Dave is an expert in the design and installation of commercial displays and has provided displays for all major retail centres in Western Australia. He brings a high level of creative flair and attention to detail to every project. His interest in new technologies and products ensures that there are always new activations and display concepts in development at Dec the Malls. This presents our clients with a unique opportunity to work in partnership with us to bring their ideas to fruition.

Leigh is a highly experienced project and customer relationship manager. As a former senior manager in the commercial building sector, Leigh brings a professional and proactive approach to all areas of Dec the Malls’ work, including time management, resourcing, quality control and safety. This, along with his drive to create inclusive and innovative experiences and displays, means our clients have peace of mind, knowing that their displays are taken care of and allowing them to focus on other aspects of their job.

Nicci brings a wealth of business management and retail activation knowledge to Dec the Malls. Through previous experience as a retail business owner and in the promotion and activation of a major retail precinct in Perth, she has a valuable understanding of the importance of retail activations in driving increased traffic and engagement. Nicci is responsible for Dec the Malls’ marketing activities and financial management.

Creative Director

Jeremy’s expertise in branding and design spans three decades. He has led many creative agencies’ design teams in Australia and abroad. His personal approach is to combine original creative concepts with high quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, producing unique and thought-provoking designs. A lover of all things Christmas, Jeremy adds the magic to our designs, be they on screen, in print or up in lights. His depth of experience ensures our projects delight both our clients and their audiences.

How we work with you

As customer satisfaction is our key driver, you will be assigned a primary point of contact guiding you throughout the process from beginning to end.

While each Christmas display is unique, they are still guided by timelines to achieve optimal outcomes. Likewise, bespoke, immersive experiences follow a similar process, with the design phase beginning relative to your event installation requirements.

    Design Brief

    A detailed brief streamlines the design and production process, saving time and ensuring maximum budget utilisation. We are happy to provide guidance on elements to include in your brief.

  • Site Visits

    We take measurements, evaluate available spaces and finishes, as well as assess fixing points and other technical data to give your display its greatest impact.

    Concept Development

    Our creative team collaborates with you to create a distinctive design that mirrors your vision and goals.

  • Proposal Submission

    You will receive finalised proposals containing design choices and pricing for your team’s careful deliberations. We welcome the opportunity to present our submission in person if that is your preference.

    Approvals

    Upon approval and acceptance, we finalise contracts so we can get the ball rolling.

  • Production

    Component manufacturing and assembly commence locally with our in-house teams and where applicable, also with our overseas suppliers.

    Shipping

    Components sourced from our international partners are shipped to our Australian facilities in preparation for pre-delivery.

  • Safety Testing

    Final quality and safety tests are performed prior to packaging and delivery. Products are assessed against Australian Standards and if applicable, come with independent certification.

  • Delivery

    At last! Our qualified installation team deliver and install your display with creative flair to bring your investment to life. Installation takes place at a convenient time for your site.

  • Removal

    When it’s time to pack up our team return at a time that suits you to remove your display.

  • Storage

    Display elements are professionally packaged for safe storage in our secure facilities. Storage packages include comprehensive insurances and condition reports.
