Project Lead

We have an exciting opening for a Project Lead role based in O’Connor, WA, ideal for a motivated individual who may also have creative leanings. The role requires experience in timely project delivery and budget management, making it suitable for candidates from diverse backgrounds such as events/displays, trades, or construction.

Due to the seasonal nature of project deliveries, the role will have estimating and design responsibilities during the downtimes of the year. Training will be provided for these tasks as they are highly industry specific.

Effective people management, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in job management software are essential (training will be provided).

The role will involve having to attend sites to ensure quality standards are being met.

Please note that annual leave approvals are strictly limited during the busy project delivery period, (end of October to mid-January), however there’s flexibility outside this time frame.

Mandatory requirements:

1. Current driver’s license
2. Australian working rights
3. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budgets
4. Strong communication skills

Desirable:

1. Trade certificate
2. EWP ticket
3. Senior First Aid certificate
4. Working at Heights certificate
5. Forklift ticket
6. Truck license

Casual Event Hosts

Do you love entertaining and working with children in a fun, creative environment? Our event hosts do everything from hosting jungle safari and dragon tours to helping with food craft activities and managing mini golf events. If you have a positive attitude, a cheerful personality and are able to work during school holidays we’d love to hear from you. Please note that you must have (or obtain) a Working With Children clearance to be eligible for these roles.
