Production/Operations Manager

We’re looking for a driven and creative individual to join our team as Production/Operations Manager. The successful applicant will preferably have a trade background or experience within the events/display industry, have a creative side and the ability to manage people effectively.


This position is responsible for the complete management of the planning, production and delivery of our varied projects as well as day to day management of our warehouse facilities and staff.

Working with a team of dedicated people offering diverse skill sets crucial to the events industry, the applicant will manage the team to deliver high quality displays on time and budget throughout pre-production as well as on-site.

Experience involving unique builds, event management, logistics control and staff supervision is highly regarded for this creative role.

This is a hands-on role, where you will be working in a fast-paced team to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard. We are looking for a can-do attitude, a decisive mind, and outstanding attention to detail.

Display Manufacturer and Installer

We have some new roles available for Display Manufacturers and Installers to join our Production Team in O’Connor, WA. These positions are to assist in the creation of our Christmas displays, school holiday attractions and other visual displays.

This is a full-time position with flexible hours, above award conditions and a mix of workshop based and on-site work.

There is a large diversity of projects and you’ll be responsible for preparation, installation, and removal of activations/attractions and displays. This will include the manufacturing of various products within our workshop.


  • Competent with power tools, manufacturing, and installation
  • Ability to work some varying shifts across weekdays and weekends as required
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Hold unrestricted Australian Working Rights

  • Construction industry white card
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence
  • COVID Vaccination Certificate
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including D&A)
  • A degree of physical fitness, lifting and coordination is required
  • Safety conscious, always following HSEQ Policies and Procedures


  • Carpentry/Cabinetry background preferred
  • Experience within the events/display industry is preferred
  • EWP ticket
  • Working at Heights certificate
  • Forklift ticket
  • Truck licence

Our event hosts do everything from hosting jungle safari and dragon tours to helping with food craft activities and managing mini golf events. If you have a positive attitude, a cheerful personality and are able to work during school holidays we’d love to hear from you. Please note that you must have (or obtain) a Working With Children clearance to be eligible for these roles.
