Dec the Malls has been delivering the magic of Christmas to 256 Adelaide Terrace in Perth since 2018 with tailored foyer displays that bring warmth and elegance to the building’s entry. The installation has become a consistent highlight of the building’s festive season.
The foyer at 256 Adelaide Terrace offers limited floorspace, so a considered approach was required to create a festive presence without disrupting foot traffic or visibility. Our team was briefed to maximise the impact of the decorations while maintaining clear, accessible pathways.

The display was designed to complement the building’s interior finishes, with a clean layout that created an immediate visual impact reflecting the joy of Christmas.
To keep the display feeling fresh, the display has been updated with the custom light trees replaced by golden, light motif reindeer and a new, luxe decorative finish applied to the Christmas trees.
The space-conscious designs in this elegant foyer, maximise impact without compromising the functionality of the space. The displays have created a consistently welcoming festive ambience while the annual hire arrangement has allowed for changes in the display over time.
