Co-working Space
Southlands Boulevarde
Creating a dwell zone is a fantastic way to revitalise a temporarily underutilised area in your shopping centre. The Chill Space at Southlands is both an attractive, and functional, example.
Features
We designed and installed this Chill Space at Southlands Boulevarde to be the perfect space for a quiet catch up with friends or to get a bit of work or study done.
The centre is a popular location for students from neighbouring schools so providing a dedicated space for them to hang out was a priority.
The Chill Space features tables with built in power points for recharging electronic devices and plenty of surface area for spreading out text books for a study session.
And, when it’s a break from study that’s needed, the comfy couches are a great place for a chat with friends or just to relax on your own.
The zone is demarcated by the vinyl flooring and a commercial grade rug adds colour and warmth to the area.
