Temporarily vacant tenancies offer a great opportunity to enhance the experience your customers have in your centre. They can provide engaging areas for your patrons to rest, interact or play, increasing both dwell time and customer perceptions.
Activations of vacant tenancies may include full children’s play areas, chill out or reading zones, workshop spaces or simply, attractively decorated and engineered hoarding systems. As with all our projects, we custom design every tenancy activation specifically for your space and budget. Whether you already have a design brief or are looking for a fresh concept we can help.
